Autoship Reward Points: A "loyalty program" awarding points to Members who maintain an Autoship order over consecutive months. Each point equals a dollar of free PV that the Member may redeem for products. Points roll over from month to month and only expire if Autoship is discontinued. Click here for more details. Commissionable Products: Products on which commissions are paid. (Non-commissionable products include such items as business aids and accessories.) Customer: A Member who purchases products at 24% above the wholesale price, does not have an Autoship order, and does not participate in the Young Living business opportunity. Customers are placed on the sponsor's level, and contribute to the sponsor's PV. Customers do not occupy a place in the downline organization apart from their sponsor's place. Customer Earnings: A commission of 24% of sales volume generated by Customers to their sponsors. Director Team Bonus: The second part of the Distributor Team Performance Bonus program rewarding a Distributor an extra $1500 monthly bonus for creating and/or maintaining each month a Manager team structure that has two additional Manager team structures on its first level, thus completing the Director team structure. Distributor: A Member of Young Living who purchases a Starter Kit and participates in the Young Living business opportunity, as detailed in the company's Compensation Plan. Distributor Team
Performance Bonus: A bonus for building
a Distributor team with a two-part structure: 1) the
Manager team structure
expanding to 2) the
Director team structure.
This bonus is paid monthly (as long as qualifications are met) in addition to all other commissions and bonuses.
It requires all Members of the team to maintain a minimum
of 100PV Autoship orders, and for several to maintain 1,000
PGV. Meeting the
Manager Team Bonus Qualifications earns a $500 Bonus,
and meeting the
Director Team Bonus Qualifications earns a $1500 Bonus,
totalling $2,000 per month for each completed Manager/Director Team
structure.
Downline Organization:
The total number of Members (Distributors
and Customers) enrolled under you, beginning with your first
level and continuing to infinite levels. Dynamic Compression: An
order of 50 PV is considered a "qualifying" order, meaning that it qualifies
to be counted as a level in the downline organization on which a Distributor
gets paid. Where a Distributor in your downline organization has less than 50 PV
in a given month, that person's PV compresses
up to the level above it, and further downline volume compresses up
until a "qualifying" order of 50PV fills the original spot. You are
paid commmissions on all the compressed volume. Enroller:
A Distributor who enrolls a new Member in Young Living. Generation:
A generation consists of all Members in one leg of a downline organization
between two Silver (or higher rank) Distributors. The generation begins with a
Silver and extends down to, but does not include
the next Silver or above. The next generation begins with the next Silver Distributor
in that same leg in the downline organization.
Generations are not limited by levels and may extend virtually to infinite
levels of depth in a leg where no other Silver Distributors appear in the downline organization. Generation Bonus: A
Bonus paid in addition to all other commissions and bonuses to Distributors who have achieved the rank of
Silver or above. When you become a Silver, the Bonus is 3% and is paid on all sales volume in your downline organization down to,
but not including, the next Silver or above in any leg. If no Silver appears in a
leg, the bonus is paid on the entire leg as far as it goes. When other Distributors in your downline
organization achieve the rank of Silver, you are paid 4% on their generations. Leg: A
"leg" begins with a Distributor on your first level and includes all the
Members (Distributors and Customers) who are enrolled underneath
that person. Level: When
a new person is enrolled in Young Living, he or she is sponsored under
a Distributor and is considered "First Level" to that Distributor. Someone
placed under that person would be the original Distributor's Second Level,
and so on. Manager Team Bonus:
A bonus of $500 paid to a Distributor
who meets specific qualifications: a 100PV Autoship, 1000
PGV, 6 personally-enrolled first-level Distributors
(each with 100PV Autoship orders), 2 of those 6 Distributors are
"Team Captains" with 1000PGV and enroll their own 6 first-level Distributors who
have 100PV Autoship orders. Matching Bonus:
A bonus paid to you that matches
the Star Bonus paid to your personally
enrolled new Distributors during the first three months of the new Distributor's
enrollment. If they earn the Star Bonus in month 1 and 2, you
receive a matching bonus for those first two consecutive months, but nothing
in the third month. If they earn the Star Bonus in month 2 and 3, you
receive a matching bonus for those 2 months. Member:
A Distributor or Customer who buys directly from Young Living
Essential Oils. Month End:
Month End is the cutoff date for processing online, phone, fax, and postal orders.
The cutoff is midnight Mountain Time on the last calendar day of the month.
To be included in commissions for a month, mailed-in orders must be received
by the last business day of that month. Organization Group Volume (OGV):
The total sales volume of your
entire organization, including PV, Customers and Distributors. Personal Volume (PV):
The value (usually equal to the
wholesale price) of products purchased by a Distributor and/or his/her personally sponsored Customers
and Preferred Customers.
Preferred Customer: A
Customer who maintains an Autoship order of at least 50PV and thus qualifies
to purchase products at 12% above the wholesale price. Preferred Customers are placed
on the sponsor's level, and contribute to the sponsor's PV. Preferred Customers do not occupy a place
in the downline organization apart from their sponsor's place.
Preferred Customer Earnings:
A commission of 12% of sales volume generated by Preferred Customers to their sponsors.
Preferred Customer Performance Bonus:
A bonus paid monthly, in addition to all other commissions
and bonuses, rewarding Distributors for building a three-stage
Customer/Distributor structure in which all
Members maintain a minimum 50PV Autoship order: Stage 1) 6 personally sponsored Preferred Customers,
Stage 2) 2 personally sponsored Distributors who sponsor 6 Preferred Customers,
and Stage 3) the two personally sponsored Distributors sponsor 2 Distributors who sponsor
6 Preferred Customers.
Meeting the Stage 1 Qualfications earns $100,
Stage 2 earns $200, and Stage 3 earns $500, totalling
$800 maximum Bonus for each three-stage structure maintained.

achievement level of sales and leg development qualifying a
Distributor to earn a range of commissions and bonuses according to the
compensation plan. There are 9 Ranks.

Distributor under whom a new Member is placed. Unless specified otherwise,
the Enroller is also the Sponsor.

and15% for the second. You must have 50PV the first month and an autoship of
50PV in the second month to qualify. The maximum Star bonus paid in any one month
on any one Distributor is $200. Note: Distributors upline from a Distributor who makes the Star
Bonus will earn their Unilevel 5% commission on only 50% of the PV of the new Distributor's orders.
Unilevel: The
Unilevel part of the compensation plan covers the first 5 levels of your
downline organization, paying out 5% on the purchases of all the Members
in those levels, according to your Achievement Level. See the Compensation
Plan Diagram for details.
